Before my knee replacement operation Mr rogers was very encouraging. He explained all the necessary details clearly, and gave me confidence. It helped to reassure me because he shook my hand and treated me as an individual. After the surgery he came to see me on the ward to check that I was alright and to inform me that my pain was being controlled. He assured me that the operation had been successful and that my rehabilitation would start straightaway. At my two after care check-ups he was again very encouraging and answered my questions fully. I have made a full recovery and am completely satisfied with all the treatment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rogers for the excellent skill, care and support he provided at every stage.

Mr Rogers treated me with the utmost patience, care and respect. He listened to my issues and how it was impacting my life. He was sympathetic but also was clear about what I must do to ensure my recovery. He explained my condition in detail with courtesy and as an equal which is always welcome.

Mr Rogers operated on Janet following a serious accident with an excellent result. He phoned me prior to the operation and we have had really good care since. We have found Mr Rogers approachable and patiently answered all questions. We are both very grateful for all he has done. We have no suggestions for improvement.
